Job Descriptions
1. Implement, measure and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, Amazon Search Ads, 3rd party ad platforms and other search engines. 2. Implement, measure and optimize paid social campaigns on Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads and other social channels. 3. Conduct recurring weekly & monthly optimization tasks (i.e. Keyword Expansion, Ad Testing, Negative Management, Budget Management, etc.) 4. Provide consistent and effective support to the Performance Manager in managing campaigns and new opportunities. 5. Measure and evaluate the success of advertising campaigns to inform investment decisions 6. Deliver analysis and insights that help teams optimize ad campaigns 7. Provide ongoing and ad hoc analytical support to the Performance Manager 8. Maintain and create clients' KPI Dashboards 9. Perform regular quality assurance/quality control checks on assigned client campaigns to ensure they are running as contracted and are on track to meet clients' goals & KPIs
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing is preferred but not necessary
  2. Certifications: Google Skillshop (Search, Display, Video), Facebook Blueprint (optional). Certifications are not required for application but must have while employed with KPI Media.
  3. 1-3 years of relevant work experience in search marketing, digital marketing, and/or another highly quantitative, analytical, and results-driven environment.
  4. Experience with any advertising platform is advantageous (the more, the merrier)
  5. Experienced individuals in Google Analytics and other dashboarding or BI tools are advantageous.
  6. Experience working at agencies or startups is advantageous
  7. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheet is a must.
  8. Loves startup cultures: a work hard, play hard mentality is a must (the harder, the better)
  9. Loves working independently and as a team
