Job Descriptions
Human Resources - Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding. - Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, job descriptions, and staff handbooks. - Support the Superintendent and leadership team with employee relations and staff performance processes. - Coordinate staff orientation, professional development, and exit procedures. - Oversee employee records (digital and physical) and ensure accurate documentation. - Manage visa and work permit processes for faculty and staff. - Advise and support staff with HR-related concerns and queries. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and school HR policies. - Collaborate with departments to implement HR initiatives and maintain best practices. Budget Controller - Lead the preparation, consolidation, and monitoring of the school’s annual budget. - Approve departmental purchase requisitions and ensure spending aligns with approved budgets. - Monitor and track expenditures, flagging discrepancies and providing financial updates to leadership. - Coordinate with the Accounting Office on purchase orders, payments, and financial records. - Support departments in planning and adjusting budgets throughout the academic year. - Maintain accurate records of departmental budgets and financial documentation. - Provide training to staff on budget procedures, material requests, and financial protocols. - Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries for management decision-making. - Review and improve internal budget processes and guidelines.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, budgeting, or administrative roles (experience in a school setting is an advantage).
  3. Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and budget management principles.
  4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  5. High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and HR/budget management systems.
  8. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  9. Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to multitask in a dynamic work environment.
  10. Good command of English and Thai (spoken and written).
