Job Descriptions

1. Prepare documents for training, such as equipment related to training and training certificates. 2. Prepare OJT documents and submit them for approval. 3. Prepare documents related to training for submission to external organizations. 4. Contact and coordinate with external organizations for training. 5. File documents related to training and record them in SAP/Excel program. 6. Prepare documents for training expense reimbursement. 7. Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Management, Political Science, or a related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in Training, HRD, or Administration.
Good proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with SAP or an HRIS system will be given special consideration.
Good proficiency in English
Meticulous, with good coordination skills, and able to communicate with external organizations.
