Job Descriptions
ตำแหน่ง Legal Officer Report ตรงกับ หัวหน้าทีมกฎหมาย รายละเอียดงานดังนี้ 1. ร่างสัญญาทุกประเภทต่างๆ เช่น สัญญาเช่าต่างๆ , สัญญางานจ้างฯลฯ เป็นต้น ศึกษากฎหมายต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้สัญญาไม่ขัดต่อกฎหมายและเป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขที่บริษัทกำหนดและให้คำแนะนำกฎหมายเกี่ยวกับข้อกำหนดในการปฏิบัติตามสัญญา 2. ตรวจสอบหนังสือและสัญญาต่าง ๆ รวมไปถึงการออกหนังสือสัญญา หนังสือทวงถามฯ 3. จัดทำหนังสือมอบอำนาจตามที่ได้รับแจ้งเพื่อมอบอำนาจให้พนักงานเป็นตัวแทนของบริษัทในการทำธุรกรรมต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับทางกฎหมาย 4. เป็นตัวแทนในการว่าความเกี่ยวกับคดีข้อพิพาทต่าง ๆ ของบริษัทตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายอาทิเช่น คดีแพ่ง , คดีอาญา , คดีแรงงาน ฯ เพื่อรักษาผลประโยชน์ให้กับบริษัทฯ 5. ให้คำปรึกษาด้านกฎหมายกับแผนกงานต่างๆภายในบริษัทฯเพื่อให้การดำเนินการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกฎหมายเป็นไปอย่างถูกต้องและไม่ขัดต่อข้อกฎหมาย 6. ดำเนินการจดทะเบียนบริษัท ขอใบอนุญาตต่างๆ 7. ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ใด้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
  1. ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุ 22 – 35 ปี
  2. มีใบอนุญาตทนายความ (หากมีประสบการณ์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  3. สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม ลงปฏิบัติงานหน้างานกับผู้บริหารได้
  4. หากมีรถยนต์ส่วนตัว สามารถเดินทางปฏิบัติงานหน้างานได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  5. สามารถมาปฏิบัติงานที่สำนักงานเชียงใหม่ได้
