Job Descriptions
ด้านแบรนด์: •พัฒนาและดูแลกลยุทธ์แบรนด์ให้สอดคล้องกับ Positioning "Luxury with Beyond Service" •สร้างและรักษาภาพลักษณ์แบรนด์ระดับ Ultra-luxury ในทุกจุดสัมผัสกับลูกค้า •ดูแลการสื่อสารแบรนด์ทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร •พัฒนา CEO Branding และ MYC Universe Doctor Team ด้านผลิตภัณฑ์: •วางแผนและดำเนินการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ Private Label ใหม่ตามแผนธุรกิจ •สร้างสรรค์ Signature Treatments และโปรแกรมบริการพิเศษ •ดูแลการเปิดตัวผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการใหม่ในแต่ละไตรมาส •ทำวิจัยตลาดและวิเคราะห์เทรนด์ด้าน Wellness & Aesthetic ด้านการตลาด: •พัฒนากลยุทธ์การตลาดดิจิทัลสำหรับกลุ่มลูกค้า Ultra-luxury •สร้าง Content Marketing ที่มีคุณภาพสูงเพื่อสะท้อนความเชี่ยวชาญและความหรูหรา •วางแผนและจัด Exclusive Events สำหรับลูกค้า VIP •พัฒนาโปรแกรม Elite Membership และกิจกรรมสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้า •สร้างพันธมิตรกับแบรนด์ระดับสูงและโรงแรมระดับ Ultra-luxury
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปด้านการตลาด บริหารธุรกิจ การสื่อสาร หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในการทำงานด้านการตลาดและการบริหารแบรนด์
  3. ประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรม Luxury, Wellness, Healthcare หรือ Beauty อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
  4. มีความเข้าใจลึกซึ้งในการตลาดสำหรับสินค้าและบริการระดับ Ultra-luxury
  5. มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการพัฒนาและบริหารแบรนด์ระดับพรีเมียม
  6. มีประสบการณ์ในการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการใหม่
  7. มีทักษะด้านการตลาดดิจิทัลและ Content Marketing สำหรับกลุ่มลูกค้าระดับสูง
  8. มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์และนวัตกรรมในการพัฒนาแนวคิดทางการตลาด
  9. มีความสามารถในการทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันและบริหารโครงการหลายโครงการพร้อมกัน
  10. มีความเข้าใจในเทรนด์ด้าน Wellness และ Aesthetic Medicine
  11. มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานกับลูกค้าระดับ UHNW (Ultra High Net Worth)
  12. มีความเข้าใจในการให้บริการระดับ Ultra-luxury และความคาดหวังของลูกค้ากลุ่มนี้
  13. มีเครือข่ายในวงการ Luxury, Wellness หรือ Healthcare
  14. มีประสบการณ์ในการพัฒนา Mobile Application หรือ Digital Platform
  15. ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษดีเยี่ยม (ภาษาที่สามเป็นข้อได้เปรียบ เช่น จีน)
