Job Descriptions

Duties & Responsibilities: •Manage and control processing process using large machinery equipment such as overhead cranes. •Be responsibls for Analysis and improve of processing process area with 5 supervisor •Manage of Coil product storage area •Human management around 100 operator with 1 Production chief •Be leadership about kaizening projects such as increase productivity, quality contoal, etc. •Report to Thai Produciton managers and Japanese management •Other task assigned by management ※This position have night shift in the future. •(2weeks night → 2weeks day → 2weeks night, repeat ) Languages skills •English : Conversational •Japanese : None Workplace Area: WHA Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate 1 Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Saturday Working: Depends on company calendar 22 working days in 1 year, around 2times per months )

Qualifications

Age 30-45 years
Male Gender
Bachelor's Degree in any field
At least 10 years experience as produciton management in Steel coil senter or steel maker
Must experience of "Steel material" products
Experience of management around 50 - 100 operator
Conversational low level of English
Long time experinece in "Steel coil center" company will be preferable
Have experinece of operating "overhead cranes" will be preferable
