Job Descriptions
Responsibilities: • Monitoring and planning daily and monthly production schedules. • Liaising with the production team, quality control, and resolve any issues • Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal departments. • Prepare Order Sheets and BOM (Bill of Materials) • Knowledge of production control methodologies and tools. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Experience with ISO 9001 or other relevant quality standards. • Knowledge of Leather Bag Manufacturer processes and materials.
Qualifications
  1. Male and female applicants aged 25–35 years. Male applicants must have completed military service.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in industrial management or a related field.
  3. At least 1 year of experience in Production Control (fresh graduates are also welcome).
  4. Japanese proficiency at N3
  5. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  6. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
