Job Descriptions
Prime VA LLC. is seeking a motivated and experienced Outbound Sales Representative(OSR) to join our dynamic team. As an OSR, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by identifying and converting qualified leads into sales opportunities. This is a project-based position, and you will be based in Thailand. What you'll be doing* Conduct outbound calls to generate new sales leads and opportunities* Follow a prepared script or adjust communication styles to best meet customer’s needs.* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings, services, and target market* Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly calls and conversions targets.* Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.* Provide feedback to management on call outcome and potential leads.
Qualifications
  1. Fluency in English (verbal and written) is essential! You must be able to communicate clearly, confidently, and persuasively.
  2. Prior experience in customer service or telemarketing is advantageous, but not mandatory. We welcome applications from motivated fresh graduates and individuals eager to develop their skills in a professional sales environment.
  3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly phone demeanor.
  4. A resilient and persistent attitude; comfortable with handling rejection and staying motivated.
  5. Strong active listening skills and the ability to ask insightful questions.
  6. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  7. Basic computer proficiency and comfort with online communication tools.
  8. Reliable computer or laptop with a stable internet connection.
  9. High-quality headset with microphone for clear communication.
  10. Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions.
