: Radio Planning (Radio Equipment plan, BBU, RRU and Antenna, coverage and capacity, Traffic forecast, Parameter plan) : Radio Optimize / KPI monitoring, KPI Trend Analysis, KPI Improvement. : Parameter optimize, cluster optimize, drive test analysis, NQG Improvement. : Customer Complains analyze and design the solution. : Cooperate with project team for network expansion phase/site relocation and dismantle.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Telecommunication, Electronic Engineering.
Experience >2 years in 3G/4G/5G Radio Frequency.
Have knowledge of ZTE-BTS solutions 3G/4G/5G.
Good communication in English and able to communicate with team & customers.
