• IT System & Supplier Auditing: Conduct assessments of IT systems behind supplier departments, ensuring compliance with customer policies and regulatory requirements. • Collaboration with IT & Business Units: Act as a liaison between IT, business units, and suppliers, balancing compliance needs with operational efficiency. • Routine Auditing & Reporting: Maintain regular IT audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks, reporting findings and improvement plans to IT leadership. • Policy Enforcement & Process Optimization: Ensure suppliers follow IT governance policies, working to streamline processes to make compliance more business-friendly.

Qualifications

- Thai Nationality.
- Male or Female
- Age 24-35 years old
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineer, Computer Science, Information Technology. or related fields.
- Work Experience: 0 - 2 years (new graduates welcome)
- Experienced in IT operational (Either Network / System / Security / Clouds )
- Technical Skills: IT operational experience (Network/System/Security/Clouds), basic understanding of IT security policies, compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST), and risk management.
- Candidates from different IT-related backgrounds (e.g., IT support, network admin, or general IT operations) who are eager to learn about IT governance are welcome
- Other Skills: Analytical & auditing skills, attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, communication & collaboration skills, presentation skill, management skill, negotiation skill, service mind, good team player, logical thinking, initiative.
- Analytical & auditing skills – Ability to review IT systems and compliance data
- Attention to detail – Ensuring accuracy in reports and audits.

- Language Skills: English, Japanese, other languages as specified.
- Working Conditions: Able to work under pressure, flexible hours, rotation shift, permanent on-site support.
- Approval Workflow: Requires signatures from Division Manager, General Manager, and President for permanent and contract types.
- Able to work and coordinate with multi-nation colleagues
- Certificates: Desired certificates like Cisco, Microsoft, CATIA, Redhat. (advantage)
