Job Descriptions

- Introduces customers to the menu and announces daily or seasonal menu specials - Passes customer orders along to kitchen staff for preparation - Collects food orders from the kitchen, verifies that they are correct, and serves them to customers - Ensures that customers are satisfied with their meals and processes orders for additional courses if necessary - Maintains familiarity with menu items, specials, and restaurant information - Meets with restaurant managers regularly in order to learn about menu changes and specials as well as discuss upcoming reservations and customers with special needs REPORTS: All Reports are going to Restaurant Manager WORKING DAYS: 5.5 days per week. WORKING HOURS: 48 hours per week.

Qualifications

Thai nationality, Age not over 40 years old
High school diploma or a relevant discipline
Previous experience in similar role 1-3 years, F&B Background
Good command in English
Excellent personal presentation and Service minded
A passion for service excellence & customer satisfaction
Teamwork and Collaboration
