Job Descriptions
รับข้อมูลใบสั่งจากฝ่ายขาย
ตรวจสอบความครบถ้วนของออเดอร์: จำนวน ไซส์ สี งานพิมพ์/ปัก
จัดทำใบสั่งผลิต (Work Order)
แยกใบสั่งสำหรับแต่ละแผนก เช่น ตัด เย็บ พิมพ์ ปัก แพ็ก
ประสานงานกับหัวหน้าแผนกต่าง ๆ
ติดตามงานตามไทม์ไลน์
ตรวจสอบการเบิกวัตถุดิบ/ผ้าให้ตรงกับใบสั่ง
บันทึกและรายงานความคืบหน้าการผลิต
สรุปรายวัน / รายสัปดาห์
แจ้งปัญหาที่เกิดระหว่างผลิตให้ฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องทราบทันที
เช่น ผ้าขาดสต็อก, เครื่องจักรเสีย, งานล่าช้า
Qualifications
- วุฒิ ปวช/ม.6/ปวส. ขึ้นไป
- มีความเข้าใจในกระบวนการผลิตเสื้อผ้า
- มีทักษะการประสานงานและการวางแผน
- สามารถใช้ Excel / Google Sheets ได้ดี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และจัดระบบงานเป็น
- หากเคยใช้ระบบ ERP หรือเคยเปิดใบสั่งผลิต จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
