Job Descriptions
- ดูแลและประสานงานกับลูกค้าที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ผ่านช่องทางที่กำหนด - รับแจ้งปัญหาการใช้งาน Product ของบริษัทจากลูกค้า ผ่านช่องทางที่กำหนด - ประสานงานกับทีม Product เพื่อทำการแก้ไขปัญหาการใช้งาน Product ของบริษัท ตามที่ลูกค้าแจ้ง - ให้บริการในการเฝ้าระวัง Incident / Crisis บนช่องทางออนไลน์ และแจ้งเตือนให้กับลูกค้าที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ตามเงื่อนไขและขอบเขตที่กำหนด - ค้นหาและรวบรวมข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ Incident / Crisis เพื่อติดตามความเคลื่อนไหว และรายงานข้อมูลสรุปให้กับลูกค้าตามขอบเขตที่ตกลงกับลูกค้า ผ่านช่องทางที่กำหนด - นำส่งข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ Incident / Crisis ให้กับลูกค้าตามขอบเขตที่ตกลงกับลูกค้า ผ่านช่องทางที่กำหนด - จัดเตรียมข้อมูลให้กับลูกค้าหรือทีม Data Analyst เพื่อนำไปจัดทำรายงานตามขอบเขตที่ได้รับมอบหมาย - พัฒนาการกระบวนการทำงานให้เป็นไปอย่างมีระบบ มีประสิทธิภาพและได้ตามมาตรฐาน เพื่อมุ่งให้การปฏิบัติงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายเกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด
Qualifications
  1. ปริญญาตรี ไม่จำกัดคณะและสาขา (ยินดีพิจารณานักศึกษาจบใหม่)
  2. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาไทยได้คล่องแคล่ว ทั้งการพูด การอ่าน และการเขียน
  3. สามารถทำงานเป็นกะตามตารางงานที่กำหนดได้
  4. สามารถสื่อสาร และทำงานเป็นทีมได้
  5. สามารถแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
  6. มีความรับผิดชอบในงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
