Job Descriptions

•Develop and execute safety and security and security plans in the workplace according to legal and Linfox guidelines •Ensure the Linfox safety and security standard and legal requirement must be complied at sites •Ensure all relevant safety and security laws and corporate requirements must be complied and up to date •Ensure the hazards and risks are identified, evaluated, and controlled in accordance with Linfox policy and procedures •Conduct safety and security audit at sites and to support sites for any safety and security audits •Monitor & follow up the safety and security performance of sites and provide the actions to improve the performances •Monitor compliance to policies and laws by inspecting employees and operations •Ensure all safety and security KPI are collected with accuracy and reliability •Maintain and improve the quality of safety and security reports •Initiate the safety and security program and promote safety and security awareness at site •Support incident investigation to find out root cause and contributing factors •Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities or new prevention measures •Continuous review of Linfox standards to ensure improvement initiatives of safety and security are implemented •Preparation of safety and security budget to support safety and security activities / plan / program at sites •Develop and implement ongoing safety and security awareness campaigns to support Linfox ‘Vision Zero’ safety and security culture

Qualifications

At least bachelor degree in Occupational health and safety
Possess the professional safety certification which certified by government
At least 3-5 years’ experience in EH&S implementation i.e. OHSAS/TIS 18001
Able to consult, strong interpersonal skill, analysis people behaviour, problem solving, and service oriented
Works cooperatively with others to achieve the goal, supports appropriate sharing of resources between groups
Strong interpersonal skill
Communication skill: Clear, relevant and timely two ways communication to the employees
Presentation / Facilitation skills
Efficient in English and able to use PC based tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
