Job Descriptions
- จัดทำใบเสนอราคาให้ผู้แทนขาย
- จัดทำบันทึกและเอกสารต่าง ๆ ให้กับหน่วยงานทั้งภายในและภายนอก
- ดูแลสต๊อก และควบคุมการเบิกจ่าย สั่งผลิตของพรี่เมี่ยมของบริษัท
- จัดเตรียมห้องประชุมและจดบันทึกรายงานการประชุม
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศชาย-หญิง อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา
- มีประสบการณ์ในสายงานงาน อย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ภาวะกดดันได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีทักษะการแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีความอดทน ขยัน ซื้อสัตย์ เรียนรู้งานไว มีความละเอียด รอบคอบ
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี ทำงานร่วมกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีใจรักงานบริการ และมี service mind ที่ดี
