Job Descriptions
- Strong management skills and a sense of responsibility, with the potential to be promoted to Factory Manager in the future - Experience in managing production operations for an entire factory of approximately 20 staff members - Practical experience in the same industry, with a solid understanding of production processes, quality control, and workforce management specific to the industry - A sincere and trustworthy person who can work smoothly with internal teams and other departments
Qualifications
  1. Strong leadership and management skills, with the potential to grow into a Factory Manager role
  2. Proven experience in managing factory production operations (20+ staff)
  3. Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal departments
  4. Good understanding of industry-specific production processes, quality, and manpower management
  5. A responsible, sincere, and team-oriented personality
