Job Descriptions
Import Coordinator - Food Products (10222) Salary : 50,000-60,000 THB Location : Bangna-Trad Km.16, Samut Prakan Work Hours : Mon-Fri (8:30AM-5:30PM) (2 days Saturdays/months 8:30AM-12:00PM) Industry : Food Product Imports Job Descriptions - Check import orders and related documents (FDA checklist, certificates) - Prepare documents: JTEPA, COO, Phytosanitary, and invoices - Communicate with FDA and related authorities for product licenses - Coordinate with brokers for customs clearance - Support applications for WTO quotas (tea, pepper, sugar) - Assist in checking excise-related items (alcohol, beverages) - Handle re-process food items and controlled food license applications Benefits & Allowance - Social Security - Transportation allowance - Perfect attendance allowance - Annual bonus - Provident fund - Annual leave - Sick leave - Private medical insurance
Qualifications
  1. [MUST]
  2. 25-35 years old, Any Gender
  3. Bachelor Degree (any field)
  4. Able to read/write emails in English
  5. Experience in food import operations (application and customs clearance)
  6. Experience with FDA processes
  7. [BETTER]
  8. Work experience in Japanese food trading companies
