Job Descriptions

- Lead the application of surface coatings using manual and semi-automated methods (spraying, dipping, brushing) - Perform advanced hand-finishing techniques to create special effects, textures, and correct coating imperfections - Inspect products rigorously before final processing to ensure full coating coverage and quality standards are met -Collaborate with production and design teams to innovate and test new coating formulations and decoration techniques - Maintain and improve tools, equipment, and workspace to ensure efficient and clean production - Mentor, train, and provide guidance to junior team members to build a skilled and reliable workforce - Monitor workflow and production schedules to ensure timely delivery without compromising quality - Implement continuous improvement initiatives related to surface finishing processes

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in surface finishing, glazing, coating, or decoration in manufacturing environments
Proven leadership or supervisory experience is highly preferred
Strong attention to detail with excellent manual skills for intricate finishing work
Experience with specialty surface products or precision finishing is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and communicate effectively at all levels
Proactive in problem-solving and committed to maintaining high-quality standards
