Job Descriptions
- Serve customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Order entry
- Coordinate with member in CS & Supply Chain team
- Arrange shipment
- Issue correct shipping documentation
- Support Sales Managers
- Supply various documentation to customers
- Contribute to resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem
Working Day : Mon - Fri 08.00 - 17.00
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Customer Service or Order Management in Trading Company
- Knowledgeable on material import and/or export
- If candidate have an experience in export in trading company is advantage
- Good command in English
- SAP Knowledge is advantage
- Good in Excel
- Good Communicator
- Age Requirement Not over 35 years old
