Qualifications
- ปริญญาโท ในสาขาพัฒนาทรัพยากรบุคคลและองค์การ จิตวิทยาอุตสาหกรรมและองค์กร หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน 5 – 10 ปี ในด้านการจัดการกลยุทธ์องค์กร การวางแผน Career Path แล Competency
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษในระดับดี
- สามารถทำงานกับทีมงานที่มีความหลากหลายและการเปลี่ยนแปลงได้เป็นอย่างดี
- อายุไม่เกิน 45 ปี ทุกเพศ
