Job Descriptions
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Sourcing: Identify and procure goods and services under appropriate conditions, providing comparisons for requestors to consider.
•Review and Process Purchase Requests: Verify the completeness and accuracy of purchase requests and ensure timely processing.
•Issue Purchase Orders: Place orders with approved vendors, confirming all order details for accuracy.
•Delivery Tracking: Monitor the status of deliveries and coordinate with vendors to ensure on-time delivery.
•Budget Control: Monitor project expenditures to stay within approved budgets and notify relevant stakeholders as needed.
•Vendor Communication: Communicate with vendors to confirm product specifications, prices, delivery schedules, and minimum order quantities.
•Purchase Volume Monitoring: Analyze purchasing data to forecast future needs and enhance negotiation efficiency for upcoming contracts.
•Support the organizational goals in achieving total customer satisfaction.
Working : Monday– Friday 8.00-17.40 น.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistic or related field
- 3+ years of experience in buyer / procurement
- Fast learner with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong negotiation, problem solving, communication, and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented and punctual in task execution
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to work under pressure.
