Job Descriptions
1. ดูแลธุรกรรมทางการเงิน เช่น ใบสำคัญจ่าย ใบแจ้งหนี้ และตรวจสอบยอดเงินที่ชำระเข้ามาให้ถูกต้อง
2. จัดทำใบรับรองภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย รวบรวมให้ฝ่ายบัญชีนำส่งสรรพากร
3. ติดต่อสอบถามการชำระหนี้และรายงานยอดค้างชำระทั้งภายในและภายนอก
4. งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาการเงิน, บัญชี , บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและสามารถตรวจสอบความถููกต้องของตัวเลขได้ดี
- มีความรู้ทางด้านการเงิน เช่น ใบสำคัญจ่าย ใบเสร็จ/ใบกำกับภาษี กฎหมายด้านบัญชี ภาษีอากร
- ทักษะด้านการสื่อสารทั้งในองค์กรและนอกองค์กร
- มีความสามารถในการ วางแผน ติดตามงาน
- เน้นงานบัญชีลูกหนี้ (AR)
