บริษัท กิสโค จำกัด ร่วมกับ บริษัท Fulltech Casting ไต้หวัน ซึ่งมีโรงงานผลิตหลายแห่งทั่วโลก และอยู่ระหว่างการร่วมดำเนินการ จัดตั้งบริษัท ผลิตชิ้นส่วนอะลูมิเนียม ด้วยกระบวนการไดคาสติ้ง ที่ อ.บ้านบึง จ.ชลบรี ประเทศไทย โดยคาดว่าจะเริ่มดำเนินการภายในเดือนกรกฎาคม 2568 จึ่งมีความประสงค์จะรับสมัครงาน ตำแหน่ง: ผู้จัดการฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคลและธุรการ (HR & Administration Manager) ประจำ อ.บ้านบึง จ.ชลบุรี (โรงงานอยู่ระหว่างการก่อสร้าง)

Work Points of the Factory Administrative Department The responsibilities of the head of the factory administrative department can be summarized into four core goals: guaranteeing operations, serving employees, controlling costs, and preventing risks. These goals are divided into the following key modules: I. Administrative Operation Management To ensure efficient operations 1. Office Environment Management •Maintain cleanliness and order in office areas, conference rooms, and public spaces. •Oversee the operation and maintenance of office equipment (e.g., computers, printers) and network systems. •Manage procurement, distribution, and inventory control of office supplies. 2. Facility Maintenance •Coordinate maintenance and conduct daily inspections of non-production areas (e.g., water, electricity, air conditioning, doors, and windows). •Liaise with property teams or external suppliers to ensure proper infrastructure operations. 3. Document and Process Optimization •Manage document filing, company seal usage, and standardize administrative procedures (e.g., approval workflows, reimbursement processes). II. Logistics Support Supporting production and employee services 1. Canteen Management (Factory Focus) •Supervise suppliers, plan menus, inspect food safety, control canteen costs, and enhance employee satisfaction. 2. Dormitory Management (If applicable) •Manage room allocation, health inspections, facility upkeep, and safety protocols (e.g., fire prevention, anti-theft). 3. Vehicles and Commuting •Dispatch company vehicles/shuttles, oversee maintenance, manage drivers, and monitor travel-related expenses. 4. Security and Fire Fighting •Administer access control, maintain surveillance systems, inspect fire equipment, and coordinate emergency drills. III. Cost Control and Procurement 1. Budget Management •Develop the annual administrative budget and monitor spending related to office operations, logistics, and procurement. 2. Supplier Management •Conduct price comparisons, lead contract negotiations, and supervise service quality (e.g., cleaning, security, catering). IV. Compliance and Risk Prevention 1. License Management •Ensure validity and compliance with all administrative licenses (e.g., health and fire safety certifications). 2. Government Coordination •Collaborate with regulatory authorities on inspections and corrective actions in areas such as safety, environmental protection, and fire prevention. 3. Emergency Handling •Coordinate responses to emergencies such as workplace accidents, labor disputes, or public health incidents (e.g., canteen food contamination). V. Employee Service and Cultural Support 1. Welfare Management •Organize holiday welfare distributions and employee engagement activities (e.g., annual meetings, team-building events). 2. Bridge of Communication •Collect feedback from employees on administrative services and promote improvements (e.g., canteen food pricing, dormitory conditions). VI. Team Management •Oversee training, performance assessment, and task assignments for subordinates (e.g., front desk staff, administrative officers, logistics personnel). Key Ability Requirements •Meticulous Execution Handle detailed and routine tasks efficiently—minor issues (e.g., a light bulb not working) can lead to employee complaints. •Multi-task Coordination Effectively manage multiple functions simultaneously (e.g., canteen, security, maintenance). •Risk Sensitivity Identify and mitigate hidden risks in advance, particularly in fire safety, food quality, and workplace security. •Cost Awareness Maintain a balance between employee satisfaction and budget control (e.g., keeping canteen costs low without compromising quality). Summary The core responsibility of a factory administrative supervisor is not only to save money, but also to ensure employee satisfaction and minimize complaints. This position requires a continuous balance between service quality, operational efficiency, cost control, and compliance, representing a vital “behind-the-scenes operator” role.
