Qualifications
  1. New graduates or candidates with 1+ years of experience in sales, hospitality, or a related field are welcome.
  2. For Sales Manager: 3+ years of experience in sales, hospitality, or OTA/hotel technology management preferred.
  3. Strong preference for candidates with familiarity or experience in hotel technology solutions (PMS, Channel Managers, Booking Engines, Rate Shopping tools).
  4. Knowledge of major OTA platforms (Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Airbnb) is a significant plus.
  5. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  6. Self-driven, results-oriented, highly adaptable, and eager to learn.
  7. Proficiency in both Thai and English.

Responsibilities -Proactively identify and engage with hotels, resorts, and independent accommodations, understanding their unique challenges in revenue generation, online distribution, and operational efficiency. -Champion and sell OKASTO's comprehensive suite of solutions, including: -Revenue Optimization Consulting: Guiding hotels to implement strategic pricing and inventory management. -Hotel System PMS: Demonstrating how our Property Management Systems streamline front-office, back-office, and guest operations. -Channel Managers: Showcasing the power of centralized distribution across all Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) to maximize reach and minimize overbookings. -Booking Engines: Highlighting the benefits of a robust direct booking platform to increase commission-free reservations. -Rate Shopping Tools: Providing competitive intelligence to enable dynamic pricing strategies and market responsiveness. -Digital Marketing & Website Design: Presenting solutions to drive targeted traffic and create compelling, high-converting hotel websites. -Build and nurture strong relationships with hotel owners, general managers, revenue managers, and key decision-makers. -Achieve ambitious sales targets through strategic prospecting, effective needs assessment, and skillful deal closing, articulating the clear ROI of our solutions. -Conduct impactful sales presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the features and transformative benefits of our technology. -Provide expert consultation on OTA strategies, optimal pricing models, and how our systems enhance operational workflows. -Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams (support, implementation) to ensure exceptional client onboarding and ongoing satisfaction. -Stay consistently updated on hospitality industry trends, evolving OTA landscapes, and competitor solutions to maintain a competitive edge.
