Job DescriptionsKey Responsibilities:
1.Executive Support
•Manage calendar, travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments across multiple time zones.
•Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and meeting requests.
•Prepare presentations, reports, and confidential documents.
2.Business Coordination
•Coordinate with strategic partners, agents, and stakeholders across Asia (including Thailand, China, Japan, Korea, etc.).
•Assist in drafting and translating (if applicable) proposals, MoUs, meeting minutes, and follow-up actions.
•Track key business development tasks, pipeline activities, and contract timelines.
3.Communication & Relationship Management
•Act as a point of contact between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders.
•Maintain a high standard of professionalism and diplomacy in communication with high-level partners and regulators.
4.Operational & Project Support
•Support the Founder on operational initiatives, market expansion planning, and internal coordination.
•Follow up on strategic projects, monitor deadlines, and ensure timely execution.
•Liaise with legal, compliance, and finance teams on behalf of the Founder where needed.
5.Preferred Tasks
