Account Executive : Mobile Job Team for High Level Cleaning หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ • วางแผนและมอบหมายงานให้กับทีมงานเพื่อให้มั่นใจถึงประสิทธิภาพและความปลอดภัยในการปฏิบัติงาน • พัฒนาและบังคับใช้ระเบียบการและแนวปฏิบัติด้านความปลอดภัยที่ครอบคลุมสำหรับการปฏิบัติงานบนที่สูง • ดำเนินการประเมินความเสี่ยง ที่อาจเกิดขึ้นจากการทำงานของแต่ละสถานที่ • ควบคุมดูแลการใช้อุปกรณ์ป้องกันส่วนบุคคล (PPE) และดูแลให้อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมในการปฏิบัติงาน และให้มีความปลอดภัยที่สุด • ประสานงานก็บลูกค้าและผู้เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการ และรับประกันความพึงพอใจ • ควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานของทีมงาน เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่างานจะแล้วเสร็จทันเวลาที่กำหนด • ติดตามผลการปฏิบัติงานของทีม ให้ข้อเสนอแนะ และดำเนินการปรับปรุงตามความจำเป็น คุณสมบัติ • วุฒิการศึกษา: วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ด้านความปลอดภัยในการทำงานหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ • มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1 ปีในการทำความสะอาด การทำความสะอาดอาคารสูง การโรยตัว หรือบทบาทที่คล้ายกัน โดยเน้นที่ความปลอดภัยและความเชี่ยวชาญ • มีทักษะการแก้ปัญหาและการตัดสินใจที่ดีเยี่ยม
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษา: วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ด้านความปลอดภัยในการทำงานหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
