Job Descriptions
- Received PO from customer.
- Support customer if any necessary requirement and resolve any problem all relate about delivery cargo.
- Stock check cargo available and manage process issue production request, sample request and forward to relevant party.
- Monitor cargo readiness, follow up planner and who is taking care material.
- Follow up PO in case import FG from Japan and support provide PO to Japan.
- Response to customer for delivery schedule.
- Made data for arrange booking truck delivery cargo to customer by daily.
- Create shipment request by refer price as per quotation provide by Sale.
- Create shipment request by notice to WH staff to prepare lot detail of cargo for loading and delivery to customer.
- Made data loading plan and shipment detail about delivery cargo.
- Support customer all requirement of delivery relevant.
- Create production request and monitor cargo available for plan loading.
- Booking space all mode as per customer requirement.
- Process create invoice and provide to customer.
- Made data loading plan and shipment detail about delivery cargo.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience at least 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, purchasing, or related functions.
- Good command of English,
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP,)
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
