Job Descriptions

1.Implement 5S standards for attire and workstations. 2.Prepare and confirm daily reports. 3.Monitor the fire control room, record fire safety equipment status, and execute inspection tasks. 4.Report and handle all safety-related information. 5.Enforce fire prevention and anti-theft measures in the factory area. 6.Conduct fire safety patrols in the factory area. 7.Report emergencies or abnormal situations in the factory area. 8.Be fully familiar with fire prevention and anti-theft facilities and equipment. 9.Maintain proper records and collaborate effectively with team members. 10.Lead by example, demonstrate teamwork, and uphold collective honor. 11.Possess expertise in fire safety knowledge and equipment operation, and guide new team members. 12.Understand the properties of precursor chemicals and highly toxic substances. 13.Assist the squad leader in supervising work plans and act as a substitute when necessary.

Qualifications

High school diploma; veteran or at least 1 year of relevant fire control room experience, with completion of pre-job training.
Comply with company regulations, demonstrate discipline and obedience, execute tasks per job responsibilities, and exhibit strong adherence to superiors' directives.
Capable of performing guard duties independently and promptly reporting issues.
Proficient in fire safety knowledge and equipment operation, with basic emergency response skills.
Ability to handle emergencies independently and guide new team members.
