Job Descriptions

1. Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform to provision and manage cloud resources on Azure services. 2. Troubleshoot Azure cloud infrastructure, identify issues, provide solutions, and conduct root cause analysis. (Experience with AWS or Google Cloud is a plus.) 3. Ensure that cloud systems are secure by implementing Dome9 security solutions. 4. Participate in customer meetings to discuss technical issues and propose solutions. 5. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate IaC deployments, including build, test, and deployment processes. 6. Provide onsite support for advanced troubleshooting at customer sites. 7. Prepare and present incident reports and root cause analyses for review by the supervisor. 8. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

Gender: Male or Female
Age: 25 - 30 years old
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
Experience: 2-5 years
Experience with cloud services (Azure or AWS) and automation tools (Terraform).
Experience working with multi-brand enterprise products and capable of deep problem analysis (Advantage).
Experience with continuous integration tools such as GitLab CI, SonarQube, etc. is a plus.
Experience with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
Good command of English.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, including root cause identification.
Adaptability and logical thinking.
Service-oriented mindset.
Certifications (Preferred): AZ-104, AI-900, AZ-400, GitLab Certified Git Associate.
