Job Descriptions
1. Communicate with customer to get customer forecast and order, and make internal master production plan, make sure capacity can meet requirement and make some actions if needed;
2. Release forecast and order to supplier, and follow supplier delivery can meet requirement, to investigate supplier’s capacity can meet requirement;
3. Plan for package and delivery method and get customer approval, and approve supplier’s package and delivery method;
4. Co-ordinate to solve any urgent problem regarding to supplier delivery or delivery to customer;
5. Control cost (production consumption material, package and freight cost etc.) within budget through good management;
6. Management of material handler/Assistant through ECID/Training etc., make sure safety training is complete for each employee and supervise their safety behavior, try to improve their skill and utilize employee’s strength point;
7. Co-work with customs broker and logistics company to import and export parts, make related documents to support, make sure all operations follow BOI requirement;
8. Make the inventory plan, control stock level to increase inventory turnover rate, make analysis of stock aging and solve any problem about the sluggish stock. Control stock when engineering change happen to avoid waste;
9. Maintain the onsite 5S and material flow, continuously improve the layout and material flow;
10. Support the new program delivery and set up the material management system;
11. Organize the inventory check and analyze the root cause for improvement, meet the inventory ABC class loss tolerance;
12. Maintain all transaction data into QAD/SAP system correctly and provide any report when required, support the financial audit;
13. Make lessons learned and improvement on current process, continuously learning about new knowledge, new tools and share with team to improve team’s skill, lead team member to solve top issues
14. Take the management responsibility to implement requirement from system effectively
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in industrial or related field.
- Experience in Production Planning & Warehouse Management minimum 3-5 years.
- Good on microsoft office exspecialy excel.
- Good Leadership and management skill, able to work under pressure and control problem situation.
- Good inventory control, Coordination, Creativity, Innovation thinking and strategic thinking.
- English business level both of verbal and writing.
