Job Descriptions
The Pre-Sales Technical team is responsible for providing technical solutions to new and existing customers. The Presales for Power Telecom will provide technical assistance and convert customer requirement to solution for Rectifier, UPS, Battery, Cabinets, Energy saving and others Power product & Electrical product. This is the great opportunity to work with power telecom technical skill and join with friendly team.
- Working closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches for business.
- Attending meetings with sales and acting as a technical expert.
- Ensuring that the company’s product & solution can deliver on the customer’s requirements.
- Provide proposal, BOM, diagram and TOR to customer
- Presenting product, solution & proposals to customers alongside members of the sales team.
- Providing ongoing support for customers post implementation.
- An ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff in a way that is easy to understand.
- Provide demonstration or Proof of Concepts (PoC) about product and solution
- Transfer technical solution and scope of work to Postsales team after project award
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ สาขาไฟฟ้า หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความรู้เรื่องระบบไฟฟ้าพลังงาน อุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้าเป็นอย่างดี
- มีประสบการณ์งานไฟฟ้าอย่างน้อย 2-3 ปี
- หากเคยเป็น Pre Sale มาก่อนจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- เรียนรู้ไว ปรับตัวเข้ากับทีมได้ดี รักงานบริการสามารถให้คำแนะนำทาง Technical กับลูกค้าได้
- สามารถใช้งาน Excel (Pivot, Vlook up) ได้คล่อง
- สามารถไป Service ลูกค้านอกสถานที่ได้
