Job Descriptions
1.บริหารและควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายบริษัทฯ 2.จัดทำแผนงาน วางแผนงาน ให้ได้ตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด 3.กำหนดมาตรฐานของงาน (WI) และสามารถควบคุมให้ได้ตามมาตรฐาน 4.ดำเนินกิจกรรมส่งเสริมด้านความปลอดภัยให้กับพนักงานในองค์กร 5.สร้างความเชื่อมั่นกับลูกค้า โดยดำเนินกิจกรรมด้านความปลอดภัยตามนโยบายที่ลูกค้ากำหนด 6.รายงานปัญหาเมื่อเกิดความผิดพลาด หาสาเหตุ และกำหนดมาตรการแก้ไข 7.ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานลูกค้า ได้อย่างเหมาะสม ทันเวลา 8.วางแผนการใช้ทรัพยากรให้มีประสิทธิภาพ สามารถหมุนเวียนทำงานในหน่วยงานที่มีปริมาณสูงได้ 9.ดูแลและพัฒนาด้านระบบขนส่งได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
  2. มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานด้านโลจิสติกส์อย่างน้อย 10 ปีขึ้นไป
  3. มีประสบการณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องในธุรกิจรถบรรทุกรถจะได้รับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  4. มีทักษะในการวางแผนและแก้ไขเฉพาะหน้าที่ดี
  5. มีความเป็นผู้นำในการบริหารทีม ทักษะการจัดการและการจัดการที่เป็นระบบ
  6. ทักษะการสื่อสาร เขียนและพูด ภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ ได้อย่างดี
  7. มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสารและการเจรจาที่ดี
  8. มีทักษะการคิดเชิงกลยุทธ์และการวิเคราะห์
