Job Descriptions
Provide exceptional customer support, assisting clients with their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with the digital marketing platform. Develop and conduct platform training sessions for clients, helping them understand and use the platform to its fullest potential, with an emphasis on enhancing their capabilities. Cultivate strong customer relationships, monitor customer feedback, and employ retention strategies to ensure clients continue to derive value from the platform and remain loyal. Engage with clients regularly to gather feedback, understand their evolving needs, and identify opportunities for further platform utilization.An ability to engage and build strong client relationships. Drive revenue from retention by upselling additional services or features, ensuring that clients continue to see the value in the platform, which is reflected in KPIs related to retention-based revenue. Develop and maintain user-friendly documentation, guides, and resources to support client training and usage of the platform. Collaborate closely with the Product Specialist and sales teams, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive support, training, and tailored solutions to meet their objectives. Utilize data and customer insights to inform strategies for customer support, training, and retention efforts.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor degree or Master Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relation, Mass Communications, ITBusiness, Computer, or related fields.
  2. Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  3. Having experience in Customer service or Call Center will be an advantage.
  4. High level of integrity, self motivation, and time management with goal and deadline orientation mindset.
  5. Outstanding ability to think creatively with great analytic and problem solving skill aiming to customer satisfaction.
