Job Descriptions
1. รับผิดชอบกำกับดูแลหัวหน้าฝ่ายผลิตและผู้ปฏิบัติงานให้บรรลุเป้าหมายการผลิต 2. ดูแลการผลิต SMT และ Wave soldering และการประกอบประจำวันเพื่อให้มั่นใจถึงประสิทธิภาพและผลผลิตที่เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย 3. วางแผนการผลิตตามตาราง PMC เพื่อให้บรรลุตรงตามกำหนดเวลาส่งมอบ 4. เตรียมและจัดตั้งสายการผลิตก่อนดำเนินการผลิต และคอยตรวจสอบผลการผลิตเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายด้านคุณภาพและการจัดส่ง 5. ต้องให้แน่ใจว่าผลิตภัณฑ์ทั้งหมดเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน และข้อกำหนดคุณภาพของบริษัท 6. จัดทำรายงานการผลิตและดูให้แน่ใจว่าปิดใบสั่งงานตรงตามเวลาที่กำหนด 7. ร่วมมือกับผู้นำแผนกอื่นๆเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ 8. ฝึกอบรมผู้นำการผลิตและผู้ปฏิบัติงานเกี่ยวกับ WIS และทักษะการผลิต และให้รักษาบันทึกการฝึกอบรมให้เป็นปัจจุบัน 9. ดำเนินการประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานของผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาประจำปี 10. ทำงานที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษา ม.6 / ปวช. หรือสูงกว่า สาขาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. อายุ 27ปี ขึ้นไป
  3. ประสบการณ์4ปีขึ้นไปในการทำงานในการผลิตในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตอิเล็กทรอนิกส์
  4. มีความรู้ด้าน Electronics & SMT, Assembly PCBA
  5. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการผลิต
