Job Descriptions
1. กำหนดกลยุทธ์ และวางแผนการทำงานของฝ่ายให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายขององค์กร และบริหารงบประมาณด้านการจัดซื้อ 2. บริหาร จัดการ และควบคุม Purchasing Checklist ทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ 3. ควบคุม ดูแล และแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้อง 4. ประสานงานกับ Project Manager, Design Engineer Manager และ Engineer Manager 5. สรรหา Supplier, Vender ที่มีคุณภาพให้ครอบคลุมงานด้านวัสดุ อุปกรณ์เพื่อให้การบริหารโครงการครบถ้วนถูกต้อง ทันเวลา 6. บริหารต้นทุนของวัสดุ ทั้งด้านคุณภาพ และบริการให้มีคุณภาพสูงสุด 7. บริหารความสัมพันธ์กับ Supplier, Vender อย่างต่อเนื่อง 8. ควบคุมการประสานงานกับแผนกบัญชี การเงิน ในการรับสินค้า และทำจ่าย
Qualifications
  1. ปริญญาตรีสาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การจัดซื้อ วิศวกรรมสิ่งแวดล้อม,วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารงานด้านจัดซื้อและบริหารคู่ค้า 5 ปีขึ้นไป
  3. มีความรู้เรื่องกระบวนการจัดซื้อ การบริหารงบประมาณและต้นทุนในงานโครงการด้านระบบน้ำดี น้ำเสีย
  4. มีทักษะการเจรจา และการสื่อสารที่ดี
  5. ทักษะการควบคุมคุณภาพ และการส่งมอบสินค้า
  6. มีทักษะการบริหารทีม และการสร้าง Teamwork
  7. ทักษะการพูด อ่าน เขียน ภาษาอังกฤษในระดับดี
