Job Descriptions
1. Oversees external case and legal execution to litigate in court (all litigation process). 2. Consulting about cases for claim recovery team, claim department, law of insurance and others department. 3. Supervising external case in part of car claim recovery. 4. Coordinate with lawyer to litigate in court. 5. Oversees all legal execution. 6. Give counsel for case issue and trial procedure for claim recovery team, claim department and advise on law of insurance to the others department. 7. Management car claim recovery team and prepare progress report to manager by monthly. 8. Perform other duties as assign.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Law or related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of working experience in insurance business or related field.
  3. Minimum 2 years experience in claims function.
  4. Have a lawyer's license.
