Job Descriptions
- Plan and run online ads for our real estate projects on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok — targeting the right audience for each project.
- Create fun, creative, and effective content — including posts, videos, and visuals — to promote projects online.
- Keep our website updated with the latest info, promotions, and articles related to each project.
- Look at customer data and campaign results to figure out what’s working — and make it even better next time.
- Work with bloggers, influencers, and KOLs to help spread the word, and track how those partnerships perform.
- Support our corporate branding by promoting key campaigns across social channels and helping us build a strong, consistent image.
- Chat with customers on social media and help them explore our homes and condos using 360° virtual tours.
- Coordinate with teams like Sales, Design, Finance, IT — and even external partners — to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 5 year of experience in online or digital marketing (bonus points if you’ve worked in real estate!).
- Comfortable using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or video editing software.
- Proficient in running ads on Facebook, Google, TikTok, or other online platforms.
- Up to date with trends in digital marketing and social media. You get the algorithms and understand privacy laws like PDPA.
- A team player with good communication skills, creative ideas, and a positive attitude.
- Able to work under pressure and juggle multiple projects at once.
- Willing to work outside office hours sometimes, if needed (e.g., during launches or key campaigns).
