Job Descriptions

- Support the Financial Manager with tasks related to accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), withholding tax, VAT filing, costing, fixed assets, and month-end closing. - Assist with treasury operations and ensure proper fund management. - Process vendor and staff payments, including issuing checks and SMART transfers, upon approval and verification of supporting documents. - Maintain and reconcile bank statements monthly to ensure accurate financial records and support audit requirements. - Prepare and issue withholding tax certificates with corresponding payments and ensure timely monthly WHT and VAT reporting and filing. - Prepare accurate and timely billing documents for customers and coordinate collection with internal messenger teams. - Monitor payment schedules and notify the FA Manager of any billing or collection issues to support prompt resolution. - Record all customer payments in the GSE system and assist with monthly AR reconciliation. - Coordinate with relevant teams to track and record non-PO invoices accurately within the appropriate accounting period. - Assist in reconciling non-PO payables monthly and support other tasks as assigned by the Financial Manager.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Major in Accounting or related fields.
Obtained 3-5 years experiences in accounting, area of AP, AR, VAT & WHT filing, Costing and SAP system is preferable.
Fluent conversational English is required.
Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Understand the Revenue Code for Withholding and VAT.
