Job Descriptions
We are looking for an experienced SMT Production Supervisor to lead and manage the end-to-end production operations for our SMT and electronics assembly business.
This includes the SMT process, PCB Assembly, and final Box Build Assembly for finished electronic products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the setup and organization of the SMT production team
• Oversee daily operations across SMT, PCB Assembly, and Box Build Assembly
• Ensure production meets output, quality, and delivery targets
• Coordinate across departments (engineering, QA, planning) to ensure smooth operations
• Manage line balancing, manpower planning, and workflow optimization
• Monitor production KPIs and drive improvements in efficiency and quality
• Train and supervise operators and technicians to meet performance standards
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies
Qualifications
- Gender: Female - Male
- Thai nationality
- At least 5 years of experience in SMT or electronics manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of SMT, PCBA assembly, and box build processes
- Ability to build a production team and establish stable operations
- Leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Familiarity with production metrics, scheduling, and quality standards
- Basic English communication and experience in management role is a plus
