We are seeking a capable SMT Engineer Supervisor to lead all engineering-related activities across our SMT and electronics assembly business This role is crucial in defining production processes, setting standards, supporting quotations, and ensuring technical readiness for stable and scalable operations. The successful candidate will also be involved in cost estimation, NPI, and process improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the setup and organization of the SMT Engineer team • Design and optimize end-to-end process flows across SMT, PCB Assembly, and box build assembly • Lead technical input for quotations, including time, process capability, and cost estimation • Prepare process documentation: work instructions, documentation for customer audit and ISO audit • Support NPI (New Product Introduction) with customers and cross-functional teams • Define equipment settings and support machine programming, tooling, and fixture requirements • Analyze yield, defects, and process trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives • Supervise engineers and provide technical guidance to technicians and production staff • Collaborate closely with production, QA, and planning departments
