Job Descriptions

Job Responsibility : QC Building • Monitor and control the quality of the Building process to ensure compliance with company standards, work • Analyze and resolve quality issues related to materials, machinery, and process performance within the Building process. • Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, and other relevant departments to address and prevent quality-related problems. • Conduct in-process and final inspections to ensure products meet required quality standards during the Building process. • Lead root cause analysis (e.g., 8D reports) and implement effective corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformities. Support internal and external audits, including customer and third-party audits (e.g., ISO, IATF), by preparing accurate documentation and quality records. Foster a strong culture of quality awareness and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team and across departments. Job Responsibility : QC Prototype & Uniformity spec • Understanding quality of Products • Manage and judgment quality of product in process • Knowledge of Control plan & FMEA • Strong analytical skill to improvement job quality • Control and Manage job for sub ordinate • Response and support all quality activity (Quality patrol, QCC, Audit)

Qualifications

Age 18 Years old up
Education : Bachelor degree of Engineer science or related field
Experience 0-3 Years in QA&QC Ouality /Automotive
Language : English Good
