Job Descriptions

- Conduct discussions with business users to gather and document business and system requirements. - Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and necessary documents. - Act as a bridge between business users, developers, and other related teams to ensure clear understanding and alignment. - Assist in designing UAT test cases and support users during UAT execution. - Track project progress related to business requirement deliverables. - Identify gaps or inefficiencies in current workflows and propose process improvement solutions. - (A Plus) Leverage industry knowledge to propose practical and regulatory-compliant solutions for Life, Non-Life, or Health insurance systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in the appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
At least 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst position.
Experience in the insurance domain is a plus.
Understand at least a basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Good written and verbal communication skills
