Business: Hospital Location: Bangkok Noi, Bangkok Work hours: Mon-Fri 08:00-17:00 Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and oversee the finance team of 40–50 staff members Monitor and manage hospital finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning 2. Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal financial policies 3. Handle insurance claims, compensation rights, and health insurance matters 4. Collaborate with hospital departments to optimize cost efficiency and financial processes 5. Negotiate with vendors, insurance providers, and relevant external parties 6. Provide financial insights and reports to senior management for decision-making 7. Train and develop the finance team to ensure performance standards are met

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
Strong knowledge of insurance claims, compensation rights, and health insurance processes
Experience 5-10 years in finance or hospital-related services is a plus
Positive service mindset, patience, and emotional stability
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with internal teams and patients
Strong negotiation skills and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Good command of both Thai and English languages
