Job Descriptions
- ประสานงานและควบคุมการสั่งซื้อสินค้าต่างประเทศ ตลอดจนตรวจสอบ-ความถูกต้องของเอกสารและเงื่อนไขในการซื้อสินขายค้า
- ดำเนินการเจรจาต่อรองด้านราคา และเงื่อนไขการซื้อขาย
- ดำเนินการจัดทำเอกสารจัดซื้อ (PO)
- ดำเนินการจัดซื้อวัตถุดิบ วัสดุอุปกรณ์ ตามระบบการจัดซื้อ
- ควบคุมและติดตามการจัดส่งสินค้า
- จัดทำรายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานในความรับผิดชอบ
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาตรีในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านสายงานจัดซื้อ อย่างน้อย 1 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษที่ดี
- สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรม Word, Excel, PowerPoint และ Outlook ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ด้านการนำเข้าส่งออก
- มีความรับผิดชอบและสามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
