Job Descriptions
• วางแผนและเตรียมการดำเนินการให้คำปรึกษาแนะแนวให้สอดคล้องกับหลักสูตรที่อบรม ทั้งสำหรับ Project Manager, Site Engineer และสอนพนักงานใหม่ในช่วง Onboarding • ศึกษาและนำเครื่องมือในการสังเกตการณ์ (Observation Application) ไปใช้ในการสังเกตการปฎิบัติงาน • สังเกตการณ์ติดตามผล และให้คำปรึกษาแก่ Project Manager, Site Engineer หลังเข้ารับการอบรมหลักสูตรการเรียนรู้ต่าง ๆ • วิเคราะห์ประสิทธิภาพและเสนอแนะแนวทางการพัฒนาการปฎิบัติงานของผู้รับการแนะแนวและหลักสูตรการเรียนรู้ต่างๆ
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า สาขาวิชาวิศวกรรมโยธา หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. ประสบการณ์ตรงด้านการควบคุมงานก่อสร้างโครงการอสังหาริมทรัพย์อย่างน้อย 5 ปี
  3. ผ่านงานการก่อสร้างบ้านจัดสรรตั้งแต่เริ่มต้น จนจบส่งมอบนิติบุคคล
  4. มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัว สามารถเดินทางได้
  5. มีใบ กว.
  6. มีพื้นฐานในการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์หรือฝึกอบรมจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
