Job Descriptions
1. จัดการข้อมูลและประสานงานการประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงาน เช่น การประเมินทดลองงาน การประเมินตำแหน่งใหม่ และประสานงานกับแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้อง 2. สนับสนุนการจัดการบุคลากรของสาขาในด้านเอกสารต่างๆ และการสื่อสารกับแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้อง 3. จัดเตรียมเอกสารสำคัญต่างๆ เช่น บันทึกภายใน ประสานงานข้อมูลการปฏิบัติงานของแต่ละบุคคลเพื่อพิจารณาประเมินผล 4. จัดการฝึกอบรมและพัฒนาสำหรับพนักงานของบริษัท ทั้งหลักสูตรการฝึกอบรมภายในและหลักสูตรการฝึกอบรมสาธารณะ 5. สนับสนุนกระบวนการสรรหา การรับเข้า และการลาออก และการฝึกอบรมเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย การชดเชย และสวัสดิการ
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย / หญิง อายุ 25-35ปี
  2. วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาการทรัพยากรมนุษย์ หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. ประสบการณ์งานทรัพยากรบุคคลอย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี
  4. มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
  5. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
