Job Descriptions
1. วางกลยุทธ์และแผนการตลาดสำหรับเครื่องจักรมือสอง เพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมายยอดขาย 2. วิเคราะห์ตลาด บ่งชี้ลูกค้าเป้าหมาย และจัดทำราคาพิเศษตามสินค้าคงคลัง 3. บริหารทีมขาย—สรรหา ฝึกอบรม ติดตามผลงาน และประเมิน KPI 4. ประสานงานกับฝ่ายจัดซื้อ ฝ่ายซ่อมบำรุง ฝ่ายส่งออก และโลจิสติกส์ เพื่อให้กระบวนการขายเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น 5. นำเสนอสินค้าและเจรจาสัญญากับลูกค้าโดยตรง จนปิดการขายได้ 6. ติดตามความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า และจัดการข้อร้องเรียนหรือบริการหลังการขาย 7. ร่วมประชุมกับทีมผู้บริหาร เพื่อรายงานยอดขาย ตัวเลขกำไร และแนวโน้มตลาด 8. ดูแลเอกสารทางการขาย จัดทำใบเสนอราคา สัญญา และเอกสารทางบัญชีที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Qualifications
  1. จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ วิศวกรรม หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งหัวหน้างาน หรือผู้จัดการด้านงานขายเครื่องจักร หรือธุรกิจอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์อย่างน้อย 2-3 ปี
  3. เข้าใจการทำงานของเครื่องจักรอุตสาหกรรม
  4. มีทักษะเจรจาต่อรองระดับสูง และสร้างความสัมพันธ์ (Networking) กับลูกค้าองค์กร
  5. มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ตัวเลขยอดขาย กำไร เปรียบเทียบผล และวางแผนปรับกลยุทธ์ได้
  6. มีภาวะผู้นำ (Leadership) กระตุ้นทีม และแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้อย่างเหมาะสม
  7. บุคลิกภาพดี มีความเป็นมืออาชีพ มุ่งมั่น มีความรับผิดชอบสูง และมีแนวคิดเชิงรุก (Proactive)
  8. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) ได้คล่อง
  9. มีใบรถขับขี่และสามารถเดินทางไปพบลูกค้าหรือตรวจหน้างานต่างจังหวัดได้
