Job Descriptions
•บันทึกรายรับ-รายจ่ายประจำวันจากยอดขายหน้าร้าน (POS) และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง •ตรวจสอบและจัดเก็บเอกสารทางบัญชี เช่น ใบเสร็จรับเงิน ใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบกำกับภาษี •จัดทำรายงานสรุปยอดขายและค่าใช้จ่ายประจำวัน/สัปดาห์/เดือน •รับผิดชอบในการจัดเตรียมและดำเนินการชำระเงินให้แก่ผู้ขายตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนด •คีย์ข้อมูลบัญชีลงในระบบบัญชี เช่น Xero, Express, PEAK หรือโปรแกรมที่บริษัทใช้ •จัดทำรายงานภาษีซื้อ-ภาษีขายเบื้องต้น เพื่อส่งต่อให้ผู้จัดทำภาษี •ประสานงานกับฝ่ายจัดซื้อในการตรวจสอบใบสั่งซื้อและการจ่ายเงิน •ตรวจสอบสต็อกสินค้าเบื้องต้นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบัญชี เช่น วัตถุดิบหลัก •สนับสนุนการปิดงบการเงินรายเดือนหรือรายปีตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย •ประสานงานกับสำนักงานบัญชี (ถ้ามี) หรือผู้ตรวจสอบบัญชีภายนอก
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 22-35 ปี
  2. จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาการบัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. ประสบการณ์ทำบัญชี 1-3 ปี หากเคยทำในธุรกิจร้านอาหารหรือกาแฟจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  4. มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านบัญชีและภาษีอากร
  5. ใช้โปรแกรมบัญชีหรือ Microsoft Excel ได้ดี
  6. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ รับผิดชอบงาน และตรงต่อเวลา
  7. พร้อมเรียนรู้และพัฒนาตนเอง
  8. สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
