Job Descriptions
•จัดทำใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบวางบิล และใบเสร็จรับเงิน/ใบกำกับภาษี อย่างถูกต้อง และตรงเวลา •ออกเอกสารใบลดหนี้ ให้ลูกค้า กรณีมีการรับคืนสินค้า หรือลดราคาสินค้า •ดูแลกระบวนการติดตามหนี้ และเก็บเงินค้างชำระ •จัดทำรายงานยอดขาย และลูกหนี้ค้างชำระ •บันทึก และตรวจสอบการเคลื่อนไหวของสินค้า (เข้า/ออก) •ดูแล และกระทบยอดสินค้าคงคลัง •ปฏิบัติงานให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายบริษัท และมาตรฐานทางบัญชี ทำงานจันทร์-ศุกร์ 08.30-17.30 ซอย C9 ถนนบอนด์สตรีท เมืองทองธานี
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
  2. มีประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชีหรือการจัดการสินค้าคงคลังจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  3. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและทักษะการจัดการที่ดี
  4. มีประสบการณ์ในการใช้โปรแกรมบัญชี และ Microsoft Office (โดยเฉพาะ Excel) ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  5. มีความสามารถในการทำงานทั้งแบบเดี่ยวและเป็นทีม
  6. มีทักษะการสื่อสารและมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ที่ดี
  7. เริ่มงานได้ทันทีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
