Job Descriptions
1. Coordinating with vendors to organize and track product imports 2. Assist with customs clearance process and document review 3. Track company licensing status and schedule renewal of licenses as needed 4. Do research on product regulatory requirements, and submit applications for product approval to relevant government agencies 5. Ensure product labeling and stickering comply with regulation 6. Work with freight forwarders and other agents for shipping and clearance activity 7. General office management, administration, translation, recordkeeping, and accounting work as needed 8. Personal assistant duties for senior management and directors of the company 9. Travel to and from head office to business locations and/or government offices 10. Other duties as required by senior management or directors of the company for the benefit, growth, and good performance of business operations
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor Degree in business or related field
  2. Friendly and polite with excellent communication skills
  3. Good computer skills (MS Office Suite)
  4. Fluent in Thai with some English languages (professional speaking, reading, and writing proficiency)
  5. Thai Nationality
  6. 2 – 5+ Years’ working experience
  7. Experience in retail, distribution, and/or F&B industries a plus
